KidzOut - Free
http://www.kidzout.com/
Kidzout is the newest entrant to the market but boasts some other great features like a playground finder and family restaurant finder. Like every app in this niche it's only as good as the data. While it's not great, it's getting better and they've got an incentive program to encourage users to input new facilities.
The app can Add, edit & review locations. Their moto is "Your feedback makes the app better for everyone, and we reward you for the effort…"
Definitely one to Watch!
Tot a GoGo - Free
http://www.totagogo.com/The data is primarily focused on Seattle but a few other locations have been added. If you're in and around the Seattle area this is a good app for you, otherwise, you would be better off using one of the other applications.
NCT BabyChange - Free
http://www.nct.org.uk/about-nct/nct-babychange-appThis app focuses on the UK but has a great data set and is absolutely worth installing with thousands of new locations being sntalled since the last update.
The newest update includes:
Add new changing facilities away from your current location
More definable locations (ladies toilets, gents toilets and separate area facility location selection now an option)
Leave feedback within app
Bug fixes and performance improvements

Check out www.diaperchange.me!
A website and mobile web app (soon to be a native app, we’ll release in mid 2013) with the most comprehensive list of diaper changing stations. We have over 5,000 locations all across the US!
The most common complaints about the above two apps is the lack of changing stations in the user’s area. Our website has great coverage in many major cities (Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Miami, etc.) and users have the ability to add locations, post tips and check in to locations!
Check it out and tell us what you think! mail@diaperchange.me
